It is a half hour ride on the Keihan line from yodoyabashi. Then a few minutes walk. Very easy to find. We are here on a Monday and the park is quite empty. Many of the rides are set on the slope of a hill and the view is wonderful. There are numerous roller coaster rides, a nice big playground and no queues for anything. There is also a little zoo area with a few animals. My kids are grade school age and they love it. Buy the unlimited rides pass and they can go again and again. Universal studios is nice for the whole atmosphere but u spend too much time queueing.

Has anyone been here in the month of October of any year? The parks' website appears to indicate it is closed every day until close to the end of the month.

Limited space with shade for sitting. Staff make a huge issue out of my small tattoo and made me cover it. But several Japanese had multiply tattoos on display. When I pointed out the disparity the manager claims they probably didn't see the tattoos. All the while a woman with visible tattoo stood right in his sight. He apologized insincerely and did nothing to get the Japanese to cover her tattoo.

A good small amusement park, several rollercoasters and other rides. Good priced day ticket.

10 minutes by train from Kyobashi. Great fun for the family! Remember to buy the Free Pass. Lots of slope and stairs, may not be ideal for the elderly.

This amusement park is really fun and it has lots of enjoyable rides which are suitable for all ages. This park is also gargantuan. The employees are amiable and friendly.

If you are with kids at Osaka, you MUST go here. It is such a fun amusement park and definitely worth the day pass money. Employees are very friendly, always smiling and they start the rides once there is someone! No need to wait for more people. The scenery is nice and the park is a very good size, you can spend one whole day here. My children really enjoyed the day. So did I. Even though it's a little bit far away from the city, it's a must go if you have kids.

Too expensive. I came to ride rides and see the dragon quest museum (which was pretty cool, admittedly). However, right away I realized the museum wasn't included with park admission. Okay, fair enough, I paid for park and museum admission which was about ¥3000 (or $30 USD). But what I didn't realize was that you have to pay for every single ride individually. So why do they charge ¥1400 for park admission when the rides each cost around ¥400-¥500 ($4-5)??? It's a total ripoff. You shouldn't have to pay park admission plus the cost of each ride. I wouldn't mind if park admission alone was around ¥3500 if it meant you didn't need to pay for each ride. If you have to pay for every single ride, admission to the park should be free, or at least less than ¥500. Don't plan on coming again. For the amount of money you spend here, you could go to a bigger and better amusement park.

Went there for the temporary Dragon Quest Museum, sadly there were neither English explanations nor English-speaking staff, so use your hands for talking and just look at as many things as you can.
