  Beautiful hotel, where we greatly enjoyed the onsen (outdoor thermal bath) experience (best way to spend a rainy day), and super comfy Japanese-style rooms (best nights' sleep while in Japan). When we visited, Hatori had commissioned a great group of NY artists to come stay in the hotel and to create art on site. We loved meeting them and seeing their work. Great idea!

  Staffs are all friendly and considerate, clean and spacious room, nice facility, decent public onsens (it would be even better if the outdoor onsen was bigger).

  Large room, they got 2 free hot spring for hotel guest, tried both and they are all very nice. Can arrange pick up from the station, just send them an email. And they will reply you soon. Have dinner at a local restaurant "一力", best japanese restaurant I have tried so far.
