普通に快適。水回りはユニットだがリニューアルされていて広めのバスタブで水圧も充分。一階の温泉は小さめだが快適。近場に美味しい近江牛レストランが複数ある。コンビニやドラッグストアは駅まで少し歩けばOK。駐車場が無料なのが嬉しい。

仕事の関係で２泊しました。駅から少し離れているとのことでシャトルバスで朝、夕と送迎していただきました。大浴場、客室、その他設備もととのっており、スタッフのみなさんもとても感じがよかったです。朝食バイキングもとてもおいしかったです。

場所もいいですし！朝ごはんは種類豊富出おいしいですし、大浴場も広いのでゆっくりできますよ(*^-^*)
また、無料ドリンクがあり種類はペプシコーラ CCレモン
ネスカフェなどたくさんあります 是非飲んでくださいo(^-^)o
客室もとても綺麗ですよ！ 客室パターンはシングル ダブル ツイン デラックスツイン 和室などです（＾0＾*
ファミリーの方には和室がオススメです！

기차역에서 5분 정도는 걸어야하는 호텔이지만 저렴하고 아담한 호텔. 특히 1층에 목욕탕이 있어 휴식을 즐길 수 있어요. 물이 좋아 지역 주민 들도 자주 애용한다고 하네요. 이야기로는 유명 온천지에서 매번 돌을 가져와 사용한다고 하네요 안마기도 있어요.. 전에는 안마사가 있었다고 하던데 참, 호텔에서 자전거를 빌릴 수 있어요..

連鎖型的旅館
價格平民(也許是因為在滋賀)就有大房間，雙單人床
而且有免費溫泉和按摩椅
地點也就在近江八幡，是滋賀的觀光區之一
雖然離車站有段距離，但是旅館也有免費接駁車

リーズナブルな価格設定であるにも関わらず、部屋の中は清潔、ロビーにフリードリンクコーナーが設置されているなど、サービスは充実しています。フロントの対応も丁寧で申し分がありません。難点があるとすれば、1階の大浴場は、一般的な銭湯の浴槽と同じで、シャワーの数も多くないため、大人数で行くと身体を洗うのに待たされる可能性があります。典型的な『温泉旅館の浴場』を期待しない方が無難です。また、駅からやや距離があり、周辺に飲食店はあるものの、数は少ないように思います（休日には、予約で埋まってしまうこともしばしば）。それらを差し引いても、近江八幡の建造物群や琵琶湖の周遊などの観光の拠点に最適かもしれません。
Even though the price setting of accommodation is reasonable, all of facilities including each rooms are very clean, and the correspondence of all staffs is very polite. There is a department where you can drink beverages for free in the lobby. If I mention the shortcomings, one of them is the public bath on the first floor. It does not have the taste such as a hot spring inn. Because there are few facilities to wash the body like shower, it may be kept waiting if a lot of people going to the public bath. Another one is that it is a bit far from the station, and there are not much restaurants around of it. However, even with these shortcomings, the hotel is a great base for sightseeing tourism of Omi-Hachiman and the around the Lake Biwa.response / report this review -

This hotel might be just an average "business" hotel in small cities in Japan, but for my boyfriend and I, they offer very serious service apart from the one listed.
We came to Omihachiman on a sole reason to visit Okishima since it is a cat island and my boyfriend is all crazy about cats. One of the hotels that I have found that doesn't look have bad is this one. This place is around 10-minute walk from the train station and trust me, that's not far compared to other places.
We were received by a middle-aged female receptionist that turned out had a better command of English compared to all the staff there, even the younger ones. Since we were too early to checking in, we wanted to rent a bike to bike to Lake Biwa and she showed us the way (and yes, the bike rental is next to the tourist information office by the station). We dumped our luggage and walked back to the train station to rent bikes
Fast forwarding four hours later, we came back to the hotel and were told that our room was ready and our luggage was already in the room, waiting for us. The room was spacious (!!!) compared to the Tokyo hotel rooms we were used to and it was not bad for a two (or three?) star hotels. They have a coin laundry on the back next to the receptionist (ask them) that operate washing and drying in a same machine for a mere 500 yen. No more worries about soiled, sweaty clothing anymore!
Breakfast was nice, traditional Japanese style - miso soup, fish, rice, anything that my boyfriend wasn't used to eating in the morning, but I was happy to get warm breakfast. They do have bread and jam for the "westerners"
We asked the receptionist about the bus that goes to Horikiri port to the receptionist. He spoke not a single word of English but we managed somehow to exchange information. We were however told that the bus that goes to Horikiri port (where we were supposed to catch the ferry to Okishima) would first leave at 08.40 meaning that we hardly have time to catch ferry to Okishima and back again since we're supposed to be at Kyoto station at noon to continue our travel to Tokyo.
We were considering taking a cab, but it was too expensive. We biked to Horikiri port before, but it was too far and too slow to do it again and the sky was about to pour down and the boyfriend was ready to give up his dream to see the cat island that day, until the receptionist (a middle aged man) who couldn't speak a word in English came to us and pointed us to go to with another staff that was leaving the hotel. He didn't say much, just gestured us to go with him and kept saying Horikiri.
We had no clue what was going on, but we ended up being driven to Horikiri (15-minutes away with direct car) by the hotel staff and we managed to catch much earlier ferry and spent enough time in Okishima and get to see the cats as planned.
I know people in Japan take their job seriously but this is a five-star service they give, knowing very well that we were very sad about not being able to make it to Okishima and they decided to drive us there although it was quite far on the edge of the town.
