  Room size was fairly large. Biggest (pleasant) surprise for me was that a choice of bread, yogurt, and drink every night on return to the hotel, which was great for breakfast the following day. Staff were very friendly, and remembered which room I was from, so my key was passed to me automatically every evening without needing to announce my room. Location was also very conveniently located, barely 5 minutes from Fuji station.

  Very good service and very good rooms for a cheap price! They even gave complimentary food and allowed us to have a late check-in. Very good stop off if you are stopping at Fuji Station (right nextdoor)

  部屋は汚いし狭いし❗駐車場も狭いし解りにくい❗朝食にバイキングではなくパンをくれた 駅が近いためうるさい❗最悪のホテル 別料金で館内で食事をしましたが 富士宮市焼きそば 不味かったです❗これで駐車場代込みで6540円は高いです。アパホテルにすれば良かった😢⤵⤵

  Far from new hotel, and could do with some fleshing up, but price was good, rooms was clean, staff were nice. I have no complaints.

  Really unpleasant - old, smells discussing and some of the roof is falling apart - also the walls are dirty. Don't stay!!!
