Very nice hotel but the front desk is on the 3rd floor so its kinda odd. The Chinatown entrance is just next to this hotel

Nice, cosy rooms, warm welcome. Don't worry if you forgot your charger: you find one in your room. Improvements to be made: slow WiFi, weird staircase. Overall I felt welcome.

Adequate 3 stars hotel. Service very helpful and friendly, room big enough to handle 2 people comfortably. Breakfast not very inviting.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DO NOT SMOKE. I requested a non smoking room here to attend a lung cancer conference. On arrival I was told they only had smoking rooms available. This was a lie as a web search reveals non-smoking rooms available to book. The room smells terrible. I could not unpack my clothes and felt sick while in the room. The staff were apologetic but unhelpful

Great hotel and great service. It is literally right next to China Town which is a fun place to visit and not too far from the subway station.

It's located in front of the Yokohama DeNA Baystar's stadium, so if you are a baseball fan, you'll love it, and if you are lucky you may be able to catch a game or a concert from a room with views to the stadium (more expensive) in a higher floor. It has a convenience store conected to it's first floor, so you'll be able to buy stuff without going too far out.

Nice and smiling hotel staffs.
Also they can speak English well
and made me comfort.
I used single room (double size bed ) alone per 3 days on July 12 - 14.
I think here is the best hotel near the Yokohama Stadium and even in this city.
Nice location, nice staffs, nice price
So i give 5 stars.
And, If i travel Yokohama one more, then i certainly booking this hotel.
Yeah just perfect.
