  友人と2人、一休で4500円のコースを予約しました。結論を言えば、二度と行きたくないです。
  
  下足を預ける所では、同じ時間の予約の客が私たちともう1組いるのに、係の人は1人だけ。
  しかも、こちらには全く声をかけずに、もう1組のお客さんを案内して行ってしまい、私たちは干されました。
  
  時間制限でもあるんでしょうか？
  12時45分くらいに友人と出る準備していたところ、突然現れた男性の仲居さんが「もう45分なので」と言い出しました。
  しかも、自分の腕時計を指差して「もう45分なので」という言葉を発するだけ。
  お客さんに対するとか以前に、人として凄く失礼な態度をするものだと思った。
  そもそも、時間制限があるなんて話は、予約情報のメールの中にも書かれていなかったし、事前に知らされてもいない。
  私たちとしては、ええ！？っていう困惑しか感じなかった。
  
  最初の受付の受け答えから最後の帰り際まで、全体的に流れが悪かったです。
  料理は特に感心したところがありません。
  料理の説明があったりなかったり、お皿の置き方も雑です。
  客の国籍が違うと、サービスも違うのでしょうかねぇ〜。

  This is the true and great kaiseki dinner. The staff was so Kind, and they translated the course menu to english for us, this kind of cuisine is more than 1.000 years old, so if you come to Kyoto you have to go here and try it. Quality of the dishes is 10, and freshness too, and dish presentation is as delicate as a kaiseki should be. You have dinner in a private room so is good as well as for families as for business meetings. 20.000Y per person so the cost benefit ratio is 10/10 for me.
