  An elegant hotel, with luxurious Western sized rooms, spectacular lake views from every room, excellent rhough pricy food at four restaurants, and an attentive staff.

  I went to Biwako Hotel for a professional party. The staff was able to provide a special menu to accommodate a food allergy. I've had trouble in the past and was relieved. I had some trouble at first finding my event but the front desk was easy to find and before needing them I was found. Overall, clean, timely, and somewhat easy to navigate.

  A good place to relax. You can have good lake view from every room in this hotel. There is a big mall beside the hotel and there are a lot of games inside like bowling, darts, etc. But the night buffet is not much attractive. Advise to try some other restaurants. Please expect some HK or China tours staying here occasionally.
