Big Onsen Hotel with good breakfast.

just can’t agree with the hospitality they had a guaranteed booking was done months ago and we were notified that they overbooked the rooms when we were about to check in. One of the worst moments I had ever endured in Japan. They claimed they sent email to me but I just never received. Ruined my vacation and I’m still very upset! No excuse !

Huge hotel, public baths're very great , traditional element for dinner and breakfast. Suitable for elderly young couple and foreigner. Hotel suttlebus is easy for calling ( i go to ogotoonsen about 6pm i called hotel for pick me up at the station they came in 5 min).

It's like a place for old and cheap people, not by discrimination cheap but you're really cheap if you knew this place and still book it for economic reason.

内装はシャンデリアなどがあり綺麗でした！
ローソンがありお土産も売っています！
料理もすき焼きやお造りなど、和洋があり美味しかったです
彩、盛り付けなど、見た目も楽しめました
大浴場は２つあり露天風呂もありました
琵琶湖とその奥のホテルのあかりで綺麗でした！
部屋からも琵琶湖が臨めます

鴨鍋はいまいちだったが、部屋とサービスはさすがグランドホテルという感じだった。大浴場が2つあり、そのせいか浴室は比較的空いていた。琵琶湖が一望できる部屋で、露天風呂もついていて良かった。

We have seen this Hotel offers Onsen (Natural Spring Bath House) but not for Guest without a accomodation at this Hotel.
