It is a fairly large park when you can relax, but the up keep of the appearance could be better.

Massive park. So green and peaceful with a view of the majestic mountains. Excellent bamboo forest within the park.

Beautiful. Didn't expect such a small city to have this huge and so pretty park. It's especially beautiful during the plum and cherry blossom seasons.

I visited in the middle of August, so it was blazing and no flowers were really in season, but despite this the park was beautiful. There are a variety of areas in the park including stretches of grass, wooded areas, a children's playground, artistic sculptures, a collonade, a bamboo forest, and a pond.
Pros: Wide paths for walking, lots of shade, variety of features, beautiful landscapes
Cons: Wasn't particularly lush, but that is to be expected mid-Augustresponse / report this review -

This is about as good as a city park can get.
It's big, lots of nice grass, and it is easy to find a secluded spot to relax.
And depending on the season, there are really nice flowers blooming in the park.response / report this review
