  子連れで入っても気兼ねなく利用できる雰囲気で、イートインスペースの側にキッズスペースが設けられていて、子どもを遊ばせることができるから。

  If you go early enough in the morning they sell a wide variety of breads and pastries. At night, 30min before closing they also have a half price sell of all the left over bread. That means everything is baked fresh every day and tastes wonderful. You also get free soup or coffee with any purchase.

  Spacious bakery! New baked goods every month, fresh samples often offered, and good variety of sweet and savory options. Space to sit and eat your food at a long table. Free coffee or soup in little paper cups! They also have a children's play area. :)
  
  After 7 pm, they discount most baked goods by 50%. :)

  I’ve had Koisan for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner, from afternoon tea to midnight snacks. All the freshly baked goods are between ￥100 to ￥300 and most things in store are half off 30 minutes before closing (19:00 - 19:30). I personally recommend the 塩パン (Salt bread) and the 自家製牛肉ゴロゴロカレーパン, their beef curry bread.
