  味噌煮込みうどんというと硬いうどんを思い起こすけど、まことやの硬さはちょうど良く、時間が経つに連れいい感じにコシのあるうどんになる。汁は赤味噌のエグさをあまり感じないコクのある美味しさ！名古屋へ来たなら是非まことやへ！駐車場も充実してます。
