  ポテンシャルは高い宿屋。露天風呂は特にすばらしい。しかしながらサービスは全体的に微妙。他の旅行サイトでも昔からサービスがよくないという口コミがあるが、未だサービス向上が図れていないのをみると、サービス全体のボトムアップをはかるような社員教育はしていなさそう。これで儲かるからいいと考えているのか。
  せめて揚げ立てですと持ってくるフライは熱くあってほしいし、宴会場から帰るときのスリッパくらいは並べておいてほしい。
  朝食時に渡される食事中のサインにかかれた英語が面白いので☆一つ追加。

  Rooms were decent and the Onsen was surprisingly good, but facilities are otherwise quite dated.

  I spent only one night here in Hakkeien, but the experience seemed authentic enough to understand the differences. Still, many modern Western amenities are provided, which somewhat detract from the traditional experience. The English translation is very poor (エレベーター -> "eleveater"!?), so it takes a while to translate some appliances, such as the numerous light switches in the Japanese-style room.

  日帰り入浴で利用しました。
  駐車場がの途中途中にありドアを開けるときに少し注意が必要です。
  受付でタオルや浴衣をもらってから、
  2階のロッカーに荷物を入れて浴衣に着替えます。
  このロッカーが少し小さいので大きなカバンなどは入りません。
  そこから6階の浴場に移動して入浴します。
  その後1階の休憩スペースでゆったりできます。
  休憩スペースまでが少し遠いです。
  休憩スペース前にタオルケットが置いてあるのでそれも利用できます。
  休憩スペース内は思ったより暗かったです。

  食事付日帰り温泉を利用桜御膳美味しかったです。前日迄の予約制だが2000円はお得!!!大浴場.露天風呂は目の前にでっかい雪をかぶった富士山が迫ってきて圧巻です

  宿泊当日は春一番で大荒れでしたが、翌日朝は少し晴れて、露天風呂から富士山を眺めながらまったりでき、さいこうでした(^_^)
  食事も、夕食は前半は懐石、後半戦はご飯、味噌汁、鯵フライ、デザートはバイキングで、遠慮無く頂けました。このスタイル、気に入りました笑

  車を坂道にあるココの駐車場に止めたら
  
  従業員「宿泊の人？」
  
  自分「はい」
  
  従「ホテルの前まで行けるから。ちいさな子供を連れて坂道は大変だから。そのまま上まで登って」
  
  まずタメ口。子供ではなく「お子様」だろ！
  って話し。
  
  次に料理は刺身はいいが金目の煮付けは崩れていた。また独特な臭みがあり箸が止まった。
  
  そして部屋は次の間の所の電気に蜘蛛の巣があった。
  
  全体的に不快な事が多かった。
  
  申し込んだサイトからレヴューを書いて下さいとメールがあったが、このホテルはレヴューを出来ないようにしていて書く事が出来なかった。
