소고기 우엉 우동을 먹었습니다. 소고기는 부드럽고 우동 국물의 깊은 맛도 괜찮았습니다.
일본어로 주문하여 우엉을 따로 줄지 아니면 우동위에 얹어서 줄지 일본어로 물어봅니다.
영어로 응대 하는지는 잘 모르겠습니다만 한국어 메뉴판이 있습니다.

ごぼ天ぶっかけ (冷) を食べました。780 円。
人気のお店で、待つことになると思います。
麺はコシのある讃岐風。ごぼ天は、食べやすいように別皿にもできます。注文時に聞かれます。

I went to this Udon store so many times when I was in Fukuoka! Now I am back in United States, and I miss this place so much!! I have had their cold and hot noodles and are both amazingly delicious!

北九州市小倉南区を中心としたうどん麺を愛する男達「豊前裏打会」によるうどん屋さん。テレビでも取り上げられていて、地元民にとっても人気。ランチ時は特に混雑していて、店の外まで列ができている。

今回三度目来店です。来る度違うメニューを食べるのですが、全部美味しかったです。只、スタッフの一部女性の方が少し感じ悪いなと思いました。

I came to this place at 1PM as you see it in the receipt in my picture.
It was fairly crowded, but not too crazy to note.
It took them 25 minutes to serve a simple bowl of noodles.
You may think my order had been forgetten. Absolutely not.
My order sheet was hung on the kitchen top which was right in front of the manager and myself.
25 minutes taking precious noodles were nothing special. Just plain.
After paying my bill of $6, I asked a cashier girl politely what took so long to serve such a simple meal. She gave me no clear explanation. Just pretended she was innocent.
Usually you get good services in Japan and feel kind of bad that you are not supposed to tip them, because they pride for what they do.
This time was totally different.
Well, food itself is 3 stars to be honest. 0 Star for customer service.
During my short trip in Hakata, this was the most unpleasant dining experience I had.
I just happened to be here, because other restaurant I wanted to dine in was closed for their weekly off. I was tired from going there in rain.
So I took a bus and stopped by this place that was by the road.
There are other Udon noodle restaurants in town. Avoid this place if you can.
I wish if I've known, but it's too late. This review is for other people so they may be alerted before they make their own choice.response / report this review -

福岡市城南区鳥飼に本店がある豊前裏打会系の超人気店『うどん和助』の天神店です。
人気はボリューミーな天ぷら付きのうどんです。
特に人気なのは、ごぼう天うどんと天ぷらぶっかけうどん。
博多うどんの定番と言えば、『ごぼ天うどん』ではありますが、
こちらのごぼ天は、豊前裏打会オリジナルとも言える円盤型です。
ごぼ天のフタを開けると、美味しいうどんが入ってます。

very delicious UDON noodle restaurant, I recomment Yasai Tem Bukkake(no soupe, with soy sauce and Tempura of vegetables. you can choose noodle hot or cold)
