** Tezukuri Ichi Market “Handmade Flea Market” 手作り市
: I would love to introduce “Tezukuri ichi” may be it can be called “handmade market” in English. It’s a very fun event that is held in various temples and shrines in Kyoto.Many different kind of shops form a line of shoppers. An awful lot of shops will be lined up in this event. 立ち並びます There will be shops selling a wide range of items from Accessories to, bread, baked sweets, ornaments, and so on.
We can hop around one shop to another while having so much fun with what they offer to provide at each place to enjoy. それぞれの場所が楽しむために提供するのに差し出しているもので大いに楽しみながら
One good thing about this market is that we can talk about their products with the ones who made those items By striking up a conversation with them, we get to know the detail of the item along with the maker’s devotion to the item. It’s such a great thing about this market which we could never get from those places selling items for a mass production We can also enjoy a nice view of each historical place as we get around since this “tezukuri ichi”.is usually being held in such places. この普段手作り市が行われる大きな・・・や・・・を訪れてて回るとそれぞれの場所の景色も同時に楽しむことができます
There are many markets in Kyoto city. The dates for each market are being settled. Here is the link to get information on the market. Please check their schedule. The most famous market would be the one held at Chion-ji Temple at Hyakumanben area.I feel too uneasy to enjoy in that place because the place often gets cramped up by the crowd. 人でごった返して狭苦しくなるから So the most recommendable market is the one at Kamigamo shrine for sure. I bet you’ll enjoy It’s held on every fourth-Sunday of the month. Kamigamo shrine is very spacious and there is also a beautiful stream flowing by and refreshing woods. I have been there almost every month ( devotedly ) in search of my new discovery.

A have-to-go place if ur an hand-made crafts lover. Items like soap, clothese, accessories During summer, a brook for kids to play, too.
