If you are a kimono hunter like me, this shop is worth the visit! The shopkeeper helped my husband and I pick out and create whole outfits. We had no issue communicating in broken English, just make sure you have a basic understanding of kimono accessories. I was able to find a July-Sept kimono with Underslip and mesh obj, and my 6’3” husband was able to find a silk kimono that fit him. Very good customer service and wonderful product.

There where a lot of choice of for women (less for men) on yukata and mainly on kimono and all for reasonable prices. A lovely woman helped us to find the good one.

Bought my first kimono, albeit mostly second hand here. The young shopkeeper is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I couldn't remember how to say that I wanted to buy the full kimono set at first but as soon as I found it, she scuttled around grabbing a selection of each piece, matching colours and once I've chosen everything allowed me to try it on. I love being in Japan because even though the pieces I chose were purely out of colour choice, everything fitted perfectly (I am half british, half Vietnamese).
And my entire outfit from tabi to jacket was about £100 or 140,000 yen. Thank you so much for a foreigners first and happy kimono buying experience! Arigatou gozaimasu!response / report this review -

初心者には入りづらい…
品数が多くて値段もお安く魅力はありましたが、何を見ていてもぴったり横に年配の店員さんがついていてゆっくり見れませんでした。
着物を着た事がない初心者と告げると、苦笑い…何を教えてくれるでもなくジッと横にいられて辛かったです。
はぎれコーナーを見ている時すら、盗まないか監視されてる気分でした。

「最近着物に興味を持ち始めて」
ど素人の私に、帯から襦袢、たたみ方、手入れの仕方.教えてもらいました。
ほぼほぼ一式購入しても1万円弱。
あの時「私も今日からお店に出てるんです〜」言うてたお姉さーん、今私すっかり寝巻きは浴衣に移行しました。

Very helpful and enthusiastic! Even though I could not speak very much Japanese they did their best to help me out! Definitely not an impersonal shopping experience! This kimono is one of my treasures within my collection!

オシャレな店内で、山ほど着物がある素敵な場所です。初めて仕立てをお願いしたのですが、優しく説明してもらいながら楽しく注文できました。
着物のマダムが店長なのか、優しく対応してもらえました。あまりにも素敵に着物を着こなしておられるので、初歩的なことを聞いたりしてもいいのかなと不安になりましたが、どんなことも丁寧に親身に答えてもらえて良かったです。
着物のプロはもちろん楽しめるお店でしょうし、初心者こそ、色々相談しながら着物に慣れるのにいいところだと思います。
着物の買取もやっていて、古いものばかり持っていったので受け取ってもらえないかなと不安だったのですが、少しの買取金と交換で引き取ってもらえました。捨てるのだけは心苦しかったので、受け取ってもらえるだけありがたかったです。でもフリマアプリとかの方がもしかしたらお金にはなるかも。response / report this review -

Great place to get your kimono.
Staff were very helpful even though they speak little English.
They let you try on items you want too and assist you with it as well.
