Nice hotel
Affordable, very good location drop spot to sight see.. about half of Japan from. Cool bath house upstairs too.
Location is a little less touristy but right next to a subway line that'll take you to central Osaka and other more touristy places within a few stops of you getting on :). Staff were friendly and very well informed, we didn't eat there due to timings but the restaurant looked nice and offered a variety of foods. Room was typical Japanese sized hote room; efficient but a little small. Bed was sadly not very comfy and we needed extra pillows as they're very soft/flat too. But it does the job of somewhere to rest while travelling. They also have a public bath area which was exciting bit sadly its very strict on the rules so you have to be naked, men and women are separate and NO tattoos. So I was advised to cover mine up. Now I had no issue doing that due their culture and traditions but I began to change my mind and feel conscious of going because I had to also be naked and not have my partner with me which made me feel a little isolated. So if you're comfortable going in on your own, have no tattoos/ can easily cover them and feel comfortable naked infront of other naked individuals then you'll be fine. For me however I felt a little self conscious so I didn't. That's not a bad mark against them as that's their culture and tradition, just a heads up to others who may stay there and think about going to the public baths themselves.
Typical Japanese-Western hybrid style hotel. Clean, good breakfast. 10 minutes walk from Esaka station.
The location is good, near subway station. And there are 7-11 & a supermarket in walking distance. It's good for travellers. However, the room is extremely small. Even in non-smoking room, I can still smell cigarette. I guess the air circulation system is not designed for non-smoking. But you get what you pay for. No complaint.
Efficient space management in a tidy, budget-friendly hotel with in-house bath and decent breakfast.
Small room, small bathroom, old building.
。
Crowded with too many foreigners group.
As room is too small & room light is too dark,
it's hard to be relax.
Additionally one elevator is out of service
The bed makes a squeaky sound. Staff barely speaks any English. Really small room and our room didn't get cleaned. The only thing doable is the free public bath.
