Classic Onsen Hotel
Typical Japanese Onsen Hotel, Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had the dinner set brought to my room and the staff just keep working on it non stop. Breakfast was at the dinning hall, it's a set breakfast and the staff will non stop work on your breakfast too. Staff very hard working and friendly. Onsen was very relaxing and very clean.

You should get the package with the dinner and breakfast set. Kobe beef was great, so many items for the dinner and breakfast.

Do not sleep in and miss the breakfast, the breakfast will be prepared and will be wasted if you skip it.

川の流れが風流で、なんとも言えない日本の良さを感じる有馬御苑の周辺。
有馬御苑のサービスは非常に良く、心配りを感じて家族旅行は最高の思い出になりました♪車椅子で利用した私の妹にも優しく声を掛けてくださました！日本の人が作り上げるおもてなしの心を久しぶりに感じました。また、絶対に有馬御苑に泊まりたいです！

有馬温泉は毎年、ここに決めています。老舗旅館で安心して泊まれます。神戸肉を含めて料理はおいしく、スタッフも皆さん、非常に親切です。露天風呂付き客室は今年から銀泉が出るようになりました。駐車場が少し分かりにくい所にありますが、スタッフが案内してくれます。

韓国人の友達と一緒に泊まりました。古いけれど清潔でスタッフさんが感じよかったです。お料理も美味しかった。駅にも近くアクセスもいいです。連休中ということもあり、かなり高かったので⭐️4

料理もお風呂も満足です。要望は、夕食の天婦羅には必ず一本は海老を入れてほしい。海老の無い天婦羅は相当貧相に見えました。是非ご検討ください。

The place is so near to the station and the sightseeing spot. The room is big and nice (5 ppl in our family and it was not too small). All the staff are very willingly to help and kind.
