Great service, great food, and great view. There is free shuttle pickup service in the local train station. The one we went need to take all clothes off. There might be a bit awkward at the beginning, but once you got in the water you started enjoying the water and the view

Great onsen in Ikeda area! Staff was very accommodating and helpful . They even provided us with the proper staying option when they realized that we would not make it for the included dinner and offered us a discount for the situation. The food that was offered was of great quality! They had local options and a good selection that everyone would enjoy! The bathouse was great and they had indoor and outdoor places to bathe. There is a sauna area and a cold dip as well. They have a massage area and stone spa that you can pay for to enjoy Overall I enjoyed my stay here the value for a 2 star hotel was wayyyy better than any 2 star hotel I've stayed in the States! I'd stay here again!

Good Onsen and food was really fancy. However, amusement options were limited to a single karaoke room for rent for 5k yen an hour and the ping pong table in the amusement room appeared to have been replaced by a shabby hello kitty stand.

Wonderful place to relax and unwind. The hotel is located further up in the mountains but it is definitely worth it. Although it room look a little bit outdated, the hotel lobby, onsen, restaurant and outdoor are immaculately clean and nice. The most awesome is the service that they provide. They also provide hotel shuttle to and from the nearest train and bus station, Ikeda Station.

2016/11/2に露天風呂＋朝夕食事付きプランで母と二人で一泊しました。
夕食はプチ懐石のフルコース、朝食和洋中のバイキング、大変美味しかったです。
露天風呂も紅葉前でしたが森林浴が気持ち良かったです。
残念なのは温泉大浴場が朽ちた感がありやや薄気味悪く利用者が殆んどいないのと、
部屋のエアコンがたぶん随分前から壊れていて、係りの人が何度か来てブツブツ言いながら対応してましたが、改善する事も説明も無く居なくなりました。
かなり古い建物なので若い家族がワイワイ楽しむには向いて無いと思いますが、
安く露天風呂付きで美味しい食事重視ならオススメです。
母は大満足でした。

Service and staff are wonderful. One of the closest hotsprings to downtown Osaka, pretty affordable as well. Recommended for foreign toursists staying in Osaka who just want to experience an onsen

Location was distant but very quaint and peaceful. Staff were lovely and tried their best to accommodate for me despite the language barrier. Rooms were adequately sized and very clean.
