I very like this place, you can relax here. If you come on Saturday and Sunday you will see japanese’s family come out to walk and other activity. You can feel the real life of japenese people.

Perfect place to relax. Two different animal zoos. Large area, tons of trees, big pond with boats and just a couple of restaurants.

Very cute park. Love it herebut don't ride the boats with your new girlfriend! Rumor has it that a date on the boat will result in an unexpected break-up.

I fell like this needs an honest opinion. Personally there were good and bad aspects, as is the case with most things. I liked the layout, if you had kids this is a good spot it not only has animals but also hosts a small array of rides. Some of the enclosures were the right size for the amount of animals other I found were a little small. Onto the elephant which is very much talked about. Hanako made me feel ashamed of myself for buying a ticket to the zoo. She really did have a pitiful look in her eye that just makes you feel bad. Personally I do agree that she should be released to a sanctuary, I feel as though japan has made me realize that zoos should be for the animals not for the guests. As such though, it's not a horrible place. If you want to come, come.
