  これまで馬肉はクセがない反面旨みも少ない印象でしたが、タレの美味しさか馬肉との相性バッチリ！炉端で焼くヤマメもふっくら美味しいです！ほのぼのしたロケーションも、古民家の囲炉裏を囲んでいただく雰囲気もいいです。
