Staff is superb. Service is very good. Room is a bit old but large and lots of room, given that the price is high which is normal around here.

A small, but reasonable price

There room is quite beauty but too small balcony. The shared onsen is too small and not a good view. Their staffs are helpful even some of them cannot speak english. Food is just okay. The most important is Fuji view is a little bit obscured by another mountain(just a little). Easy to access and reachable value.
