料理の味がどれも平均以上で美味しい。宿泊施設は平均的。隣の客室の音がよく聞こえるのが残念です。

チェックアウト11時のプランだったが、清掃のおばさんが勝手にロックを開け入口まで侵入！フロントに注意の電話をいれたが「すみません」のみ！割引券、割引等の誠意も無し。非常に気分を害した。もっと従業員同士の連絡網をしっかりしろ‼️

We book the room facing the sea but was allocated a room that only have a small side window peeking the sea. When we complain, they said all room are allocated and could not changed. We checked in at 4 o'clock and almost the first one to check in. They said could not be changed. But I found that we are the only foreigners staying at the same floor and they allocated us to the worse room. There is a Filipino or Indian worker who could speak English. She told us that it is this hotel practice to discriminate foreigners and always allocate the worse room to foreigner visitors even may be we paid higher price for same type of room.

とてもいいホテルです。フロントの男性の年輩のかたと若くて明るい女性スタッフの心づかいに感謝します。チェックアウト時に荷物まで運んでもらって恐縮です。
料理も美味しいです。展望風呂は窓がもう少しキレイだったらと思います。
夜は出歩くところがないけど宿泊者全員でのビンゴ大会や和太鼓のショーなど企画も豊富で楽しいです。

大浴場はダメ。設備が古い汚い。

温泉が加水されすぎていて効能が感じられなかった。スタッフの方は若い方が多く明るい対応だがホテルスタッフとしては気づかいが足りない。
