朝9時30分くらいにいきなり掃除の人がドアを開き在室していると一言もなくいなくなる
10時くらいまで何度かあり、最後には二人くらいで部屋に押し掛けてきた。
起こさないでの札もなく朝があわただしくゆっくりさせてくれない。
メダカの学校もなんか不気味な場所でした。
二人で泊まりましたが、布団で寝た翌日から激しい痒みに襲われ大変でした。
フロントの方の対応が良かっただけにとても残念でした。response / report this review -

Nice hotel, but the futon was totally uncomfortable and hard. I really enjoyed the outdoor bath and the breakfast was very good! Sadly, there was conflicting information on the hours the restaurants were open which should be corrected. Nice place overall and very relaxing. I would stay here again!

景観も良く、仲居さんの気遣いも良く、泊まって良かったと思います。贅沢言うとお風呂にサウナが欲しかった。

建物は古いですが、従業員さんが親切です。
食事も美味しいです。
お風呂は大浴場と露天があります。
どちらもあまり広くはないです。
風呂の種類が多いほうが好きな方には物足りないかも。
全体的にはいい宿だと思います。

2016年の大晦日に宿泊しました。
ひどいところをならべますと、
従業員が気の利かないバイトばかり。
照明がくらすぎて部屋の中が常に薄暗い。
トイレが臭い、床が軋む。
夕食は不味い。
今まで利用した中で一番ひどいところでした。
もう二度と利用することはないでしょう。response / report this review -

Hotel with ryokan (Japanese) room style. There are restaurant, shop and public bath (including outdoor bath) inside hotel. The location is on the hill. However, there is shuttle bus between hotel and Tobu station
