Close to the city centre, service is great, really good choice for travelers.

Super friendly staff. I think this is the best hotel in shizuoka city for the price range.
I've never had a problem with cleaning either like some have pointed out. We have been here around 10 times.
Remember to put the pink slip on the bed to have it cleaned. Otherwise they will only make the bed, but not change the sheets. :)response / report this review -

月2回のペースで定期的に利用しています。遠距離で交際している恋人と会うためです。静岡駅周辺にはより安価なホテルもあるようですが、それぞれ評価やホテル情報を見てこちらのホテルを利用したところ、最も安価かつ悪くないホテルはこちらなのだと思います。部屋はデザインが独特で、広さはありませんが狭く感じにくい造りです。また、バスと洗面が分かれている点は大変ありがたいです。何度か清掃に漏れがありましたが、評価を損ねる程ではないものでした。接客に関しては少々気になる時もありますが、親しみやすさが感じられる雰囲気があり良いと思います。先日宿泊した際は、"いつもご利用いただいているので…"と、当日近くで行われる花火大会のご招待券をくださりとても嬉しかったです。総合的に見て、何度も利用できるホテルだと思います。

室内机の配置が面白く残務に集中できました。洗面台も室内にあったため、使いやすく感じました。ただ、バスタブとベッドに異臭があったのがとても残念。
