  Very stylish and well-managed farm-to-table restaurant with excellent food. It was the most premium dining I saw on the island. White paella, korroke and bread were all amazing and each table is given 3 types of olive oil to enjoy. Proper authentic Western restaurant with great decor, service and kitchen that would definitely hold its own outside of Japan. Terrace seating available.
  
  Very popular among tourists so be sure to reserve a table in advance or be prepared to wait for 30+ mins. Also keep in mind that certain menu items, such as the red risotto and pasta, sell out very quickly.

  元孔雀園のバス停前に新しくできたショップ＆レストラン。夜だったのでショップは閉まってました。昼間はオリーブ園散策もできるようです。
  売りはパエリア。白 緑 赤 黄の4種類があり、白が人気だそうです。テーブルにオリーブオイルが置いてあり、自由にかけて食べ比べる事ができます。
  お盆の繁忙期に予約なしで行ったので、少し待ちましたが、ウェイティングリストに名前を書いて待っているのを見た時に、すぐに声かけしてもらえるともっとよかったな〜と思います。

  8月4日旅行二日目に国際ホテルで昼間でプールで遊びチェックアウトして、昼飯に利用しました。前に訪れた店舗とレストランは閉鎖して今はこの店舗だけ営業されてるそうです。１階がオリーブオイル等の店舗で2階がレストランです。小学生の息子二人と嫁さんと四人でパスタとコロッケとパエリアなど注文しました。海と島と空を眺望に料理も大変お洒落ながらも美味しかった。もちろん、井上さんのオリーブオイルもパスタやパエリアにもかけていただけます。我が家では旅行でしかなかなか味わえないリッチな昼食でした！カップルで小豆島旅行で訪れた人向きかな

  4人で行って、パエリアの赤三人前とサラダ、アヒージョとパンを頼みました。新しく綺麗な建物で二階のレストランからの眺望も美しく、店内もお洒落です。パエリアは最後に店員さんが一手間かけて完成です。我々は、お肉を食べたかったので赤を頼んだのですが、隣のテーブルの方は白を頼んでいて、店員さんが大量のチーズを削ってかけていて山のようになっていてこちらを頼んだ方が面白そうだなと思いました。次回は白を頼もうかと思います。
  パンを頼んでいたのですが、アヒージョが先に出て来て、パンが出て来ず、店員さんに早く出してもらうようにお願いするも、出てくるのにちょっと時間がかかり、熱々のアヒージョの状態で食べられなかったのが残念でした。最後に残ったアヒージョのオリーブをパエリアにかけて食べると味に変化が出て一層美味しくなりました。
  また時間がなくて下のショップで買い物ができなかったのが心残りです。次回はもう少し時間に余裕を持って行こうと思います。

  兎に角店内の雰囲気はよかったです。お客様
  が遠方からこられています。ペペロンチーノをオーダーしましたが抜群でした。
  店舗を436号線に今新築中とのこと。そうすれば行きやすくなります。

  昼時で込み合う時間でしたが、井上誠耕園のショップで確認してもらって、注文をしておいたので、数少ないバスを逃すことなく、おいしい食事を満喫できました。乾いたのどに冷たい、でも優しい口当たりのオリーブ茶がとてもおいしかったです。

  Cozy hidden away gem with a delicious lunch and friendly staff. The lady staff member was incredibly genuine and made for an excellent experience. The place sells the dressing, oil and and salt that they use so we walked away with some of that. Recommend trying the dipping bread - make sure to use both the olive oil and the seasoning.
  
  Careful of the narrow road on the way up, especially the route google takes you. Staff gave us a map to use for the descent, which led us through wider roads.
