  It doesn't have the best area for sittings the location is a bit shady and the prices are a bit steep however the waffles are quite good combined with the ice cream.

  Not totally fresh and service is questionable. But if you're just looking for a quick sugar fix, it's not the worst decision you'll make. Their menu is okay in terms of variety (mostly waffles). Sitting area indoors is limited, but there's some space outside as well.
