Recently I brought a stray kitten I found in my neighborhood who seemed to be weak and had a problem with her eyes. The man who saw her looked at her for literally a few seconds and told me she is blind but healthy. Didn't examine her, didn't check for fever, didn't examine her eyes or sight at all. I didn't trust his opinion as he didn't do anything and went to another vet clinic the following day who determined she has feline herpes and gave me eye drops and antibiotic to treat her, she is not blind but would be had I not gotten a more competent opinion. Also recently my neighbor brought a puppy there who was also weak and told me they didn't examine the puppy at all and recommended a food for her. I looked at the puppy less than an hour after they brought her to Vetzone and she had dozens of ticks in her ears and in her groin area. Clearly they didn't look at her AT ALL. I removed all the ticks, they also took her to another vet after this. This kind of recklessness can cost animals lives. I have never left a review in my life, but felt forced to do so after these two horrible experiences. I take my pets to a vet clinic 15 minutes away, rather than Vetzone which is 2-3 minutes from our house.

Total rip-off!!
All they care about is money. Lack of experience with dealing with animals. They don’t bother give a full check up to the animal they just do a specific thing and finish quickly.
They charge you a lot for simple things.

We love treating our cat Milo at Petzome :) the staff and doctors are all so lovely , helpful and caring !! The spaying operation Dr Anas operated on her was a success , with a tiny incision only , you can hardly see it and our cat Milo is in no pain at all and doing just fine :)

I’ve been taking my dog there for 5 years now. From full grooming to the hardest diagnosis. Dr. Ala and his staff have been doing a great job. They treat animals with respect and humanity. Not to mention reasonable prices :)

Excellent staff and services. I visited the place more than three times and every time i find all the supplies I need for my cat. Dr Ala’ and Dr Anas are amazing, caring and always explain the case in a simple language. Nevertheless, the clinic is clean and safe for our pets.

By far the best pet clinic in Jordan. Dr. Alaa is so attentive and came to see my dog at 2 AM when he wasn't feeling well. They follow up on the case with love and finally I got the right diagnosis which led my dog to recover and feel much better. Highly recommended

I took my cat to this clinic last night. Was a nice place. Only thing I didn't like. Was no ramp for wheelchair. Other than that. Cool place.

A wonderful place to get the best service. I have taking my cats there for a few years and Dr. Ala and Dr. Dunya are the best. I just love going there as they have up to date equipment and the foods are the best in the country. It is like a DisneyLand for pets.

I brought my cat from the West Bank to undergo an operation for a fractured arm and the fixation of a displaced jaw. While the latter went fine, the former was a complete failure!
Not only the operation failed, but also the attending vet tried to convince me that it was a full success, although he knows that her original vets are closely following up the case and are not pleased with the results.
After consulting with 7 other doctors,who fully agreed that the operation failed, my poor cat needs to go again under another operation to fix the mess of the first one and fix what wasn't fixed in the first place!
Admitting that the operation failed is not wrong, yet leaving the poor cat suffering is inhumane.response / report this review -

After being to many vets in Amman, I gave VETZONE a trial visit and I was totally impressed with the whole experience. Mully, our German Shepherd never felt at ease like when he was treated by Dr Ala and his amazing team.
Very clean practice that makes me wonder how this place is kept so hygienic.

They have a nice small clinic,with animal friendly staff.
I wanted to give my dog a shower,they did not tell me that i had to wait,it would be better to tell your costumer everything before they arrive.
But the vet was friendly and he made my dog pass quickly
Other than that later on i figured that other vets charge less than the vet zone prices for pet grooming.

I love this place and the most important is the efficiency of every one working there. The location of the clinic is strategic but they need a real car parking.
