Al Markazya Toyota , is the only official Toyota dealer and authorized dealer in The Hashemite kingdom of Jordan , the show room is too big they have all Toyota models Yaris , Camry, Rav 4 , Parado, Landcrusier , the salesman was so professional ,we went to buy RAV4 2018 for my dad he was so kind and treating us so friendly and he gave us all information about the cars and all options, they have a great deals for Ramadan , they are offering the registration free , I recommend this place a lot , thanks

The best car dealer in jordan, the sales are friendly and extremely helpful, the after sale service is great.

Friendly honest stuff, and good information they give you, but I suffered trying to get test drive and cars prices is kinda very high with even missing options.

This is the car show for both Toyota and Lexus cars. It's within a building, they have their own parking space in front of the building. Easy to find and easy to park. Design of space is ok. Not very luxurious like Mercedes one's but it's good enough. The space is divided between the cars so they are separated by stairs.
Staff are ok, each car type has their different staff and they act like they were different companies. So if you have an inquiry about any car is of no use to ask the staff in the next section.

I would like to raise a complaint against the spare parts shop located in Al bayader regarding their carelessness, poor performance, and un-professional treatment regarding offering a proper service for their customers.

As a customer, i except to get a professional help regarding any problem i am facing, especially that i am referring to Toyota (spare parts distributor),

I went to get a part for my car from the spare parts- Bayder, They told me that this part is not available at their shop or any shop in Jordan, when i asked them if they could possibly ask if this part could be delivered from Japan, I simply got replied with ( we don't know how to help you)

All i could say is, if the main distributor can't help you obtain the parts you need because ( They don't know how to help you ), Getting a car from this manufacturer, then trying to maintain it would be problematic (more accurately Useless) .
