  (obligatory 1 star review because I couldn't give a 0)
  
  We showed up in time for my brother's appointment (10 o'clock) and ended up leaving after 2 hours and 20 minutes without being seen by the doctor.
  The receptionist claimed everyone who was seen before us was either here before us or was for laser.
  Absolute waste of time.

  I appreciate your reply.
  I completely understand that some patients do indeed need more time than others, and some patients may require urgent procedures; completely understandable and I do not have any issues with that. I'm also not trying to smear your image in any way.
  All I'm saying is, there were many patients that came after we did and were seen by the doctor before my brother was. Sure, their appointments may have been between 9 - 9:45, but they did show up way after their allocated appointment times, which resulted in us waiting 2 hrs 20 minutes and then leaving without being seen by the doctor.
  Kindly take this as constructive criticism, this is in no way meant to harm you or your reputation; for all I know, this doctor is wonderful and her reviews here are proof. I was upset because of the waiting time only.

  Dr Zainab is very professional and sticks to her values of enhancing your appearance, but not changing it, resulting in a very natural look. I highly recommend this clinic!
