مطعم قصر الصنوبر هو مطعم سياحي ذو طابع لبناني اسس سنة 1986 على رابية من روابي عمان بين اشجار الصنوبر ,اسسه رجل الاعمال البناني جادالله محمود ابوذياب الذي استوحى طابعه من تراث بلدته في جبل لبنان لما تحويه من مناظر وشلالات طبيعية خلابة .
شهد هذا المعلم السياحي العديد من الشخصيات المرمروقة محلياً وعالمياً وكان لها دورا اساسيا في تطوير السياحة الاردنية نظراً لما يقدمه من طيب النكهة ولذة المذاق .

The Pine Palace Restaurant is a Lebanese four stars restaurant founded in 1986 by Lebanese businessman Jadallah Mahmoud Abu Diab, on a unique hill in Amman surrounded by pine trees. The founder was inspired by the landscape and heritage from his hometown in Mount Lebanon which has stunning natural scenery, spectacular view and breathtaking waterfalls.
This touristic restaurant is visited by many prominent figures locally and internationally. The Pine Palace had a key role in the development of the Jordanian restaurant business.
