Visited Al-Hashmi Shamali branch. Faced lack of service; it took me 1 hour and a half to meet the customer care agent "standing" since there are no enough seats in their very small waiting area.
When it's my turn i found the lady busy with another customer who missed his turn in the queue half an hour ago asking me to wait till she finishes his inquiry- which is completely unprofessional .
I waited there. And after all she told that i have documents shortage which is completely senseless, because before going there to open the savings account, i checked all the conditions online -since no one picked my calls, and i bring all the requirements posted on their official website!
