  Am dealing with a child in tears as we just went to collect her custom birthday cake and after being told to wait 10 minutes as it was not ready for pick-up (45 minutes after the agreed upon time), we come to find out it was delivered to another location. They say they will deliver it later but that doesn't help with the tears. No discount or anything was offered to make up for the mistake. I will not order from them again.
