Very expensive. The reputation is over stated. Thus place used to be a hub for cultural activities in the past. Now you feel the place is money driven only.

A developed facility, new active way to teach English all the teachers are foreign which is good. But the cost of the courses is getting increased continuously !.

The ideal place to take English language courses by native experts from the UK and some other countries that speak English.
The prices are usually high but when it comes to quality it worth it.
Teachers have lots of experience and knowledge to share with you but they are highly committed to class time (means that it's hard to get any benefits after class time).

The best place I know of for people who want to take English courses in Jordan. The place is good, the environment is friendly and it's an overall very good experience.
On side note, the courses offered here are more expensive than other places.

Honestly I've had a terrible experience with this institution. First of all I registered for an Ielts preparation course, which I was told I was eligible for, but later on I was told I wasn't old enough for it and that's after paying for a placement test, and since I was uspet about it they said I can join only if an adult comes and signs a paper which was totally pointless and a waste. Then I decided to cancel my prep course because of urgent circumstances. And I was told a cheque would be written after 2 weeks, that's very unprofessional. Then I was told I can't get a refund even though the course hasn't started. Overall the customer service is very unprofessional and inexperienced and needs a lot of improvement.

One of the best educational institutions here in Jordan with a professional accommodating staff but it's a little bit pricey!
