Smart Buy has a lot of high quality items in one place. If you have plenty of money to spend and plenty of time to wait for delivery, it is a good place to shop. However, their prices are usually higher than competitors for computer accessories and routers. They have great customer service when it comes to buying an item, are lacking when it comes to delivering that item. I recently purchased a large appliance from them, and it came two days later then they promised. On top of that, it was supposed to come with a free gift (valued at around 25JD). They never gave the gift (it was supposed to be delivered with the appliance). I called and asked about why it wasn’t included, they took my information and said someone would get back to me within two days. A week later, I have heard from no one- and based on their track record I doubt I will ever hear from them. If you need to buy small items, that can be purchased on site- Smart Buy is a good place to go, albeit a little pricey. But if you need large items that will be delivered, be prepared to wait a while.
Also, their return policy is very limited. Be careful when you purchase an item, there is a chance they won’t take it back. In my experience, I have learned that there are terms for returning items that are not listed on the “terms and conditions” section on their website or on the receipt.

Terrible return policy. We bought a router which didn't work for the type of application we wanted. The back of the sales slip did not say in English we couldn't return routers. But in Arabic it was written. Unless you know how to read Arabic don't buy anything without knowing the return policy. They refused to give us our money back because we paid with Visa. Don't use Visa if you need a return. High prices, poor customer service. Find another store to go to.

Horrible place, don't even think of purchasing anything from it, they will fool you just to get better commission and based on the sales agent supported distributors not based on your need and whats suite you better

Large electronics and electrical devices store and you can find almost anything there, but the prices are higher than many other stores and the most annoying part is that the moment you step inside, you get surprised by a numerous annoying sales employees surrounding you. It is so infuriating experience!

Very bad service, ignorant and unprofessional salesmen, customer care, after sale service, you name it..
No return policy, delays in everything, and they dont even pick the phone.

More expensive than local market. Very poor customer service. I wanted to buy a new iPhone 7, the price was 100 JDs more than local market and the iPhone was refurbished and they didn’t tell me that.
Don’t buy from there unless you wanna waste your money.

I like the new place, bigger and less compact. The employees are in general helpful except for few who still have that stupid Jordanian mentality. Prices are slightly higher than the market, but at least you can find so many things in one place.

Bad company for delivery and services . I bought Samsung at May then June was fault in fixation and since two weeks nothing happen. I decided not to buy from them any device and recommend other to go to other agent better for delivery and after sales service.

In terms of items and store content, it is the best in Jordan. You can find almost anything you are looking for your household appliances needs. If you need a great service, don't expect it neither here no in any other branch. You will be greeted at the door and asked about your need, but it usually stops there Do your homework and comparison as mostly you will be provided by misleading information or some will be missing. Read the product manual and make sure you check and understand the return policy in addition to the guarantee.
