Very bad hygiene regarding women's section of the saloon yet they charge a high price

I went to Silver salon for an inverted bob cut. Hassan, who cut my hair made an excellent job. It took him 5 minutes to give the perfect short cut I wanted. He added a touch of lighter color at the tips of the hair which made it look fresh and vibrant. Highly recommend.
