  Don't go there. They cheat you if they can. A few kilometers further in direction of Amman are more and better gasstations. Place is old, dirty and the staff is unfriendly.

  Ni rest room, no restaurant, just normal gas station with little supermarket, the only good thing is a place to pray

  It seems it is the only Gas station around Dead Sea. You should be careful that the staff may try to give you less gas or try not to give you the change which is very common in Jordan, at least for foreigners.
