I came from NY and I rented a car from U-SAVE

I have booked online for two weeks for summer vacation and it was one of wonderful treatment from the airport till I return it back. Best price,brand new car and good service. I extended the reservation extra week and they were very welcome

Returned the rented car on 27th April 2019, and their staff told me the deposit will be refunded in 2 weeks. After about 3 weeks I wrote them an email that I haven't recieved my deposit yet. I got a reply it might take up to 21 working days. When 21 working days were over, I wrote them another email, this time no answer. Today I wrote another email and I guess I will have to pass this onto my lawyer.
Bottom line, do yourself a favour and do not rent with this company!response / report this review -

HUGE THEFT They are creative of coming up with any excuse of not to return your deposit back. After I returned the car they said the deposit will be refunded back to your card account in 48 hours. Called them back to verify, they said it will be refunded in 2 weeks. Called them back after two weeks, never answered again. Now I made a complaint and my bank will take care of it! As I can see here they are well known for this kind of business. Just stay away from them!

People over there are crooks and stealers. They are creative of coming up with any excuse of not to return your deposit back. After I returned the car they said the deposit will be refunded back to your card account in 48 hours. Called them back to verify, they said it will be refunded in 2 weeks. Called them back after two weeks, They started transferring me from one guy to another. I had to dispute the charge and sue them. Please don't deal with those crooks.

Car with gaz tank empty, lower classe then reserved, still waiting for my deposit 469 euro. The real usave dont have a companies in Jordan.

IT´S A SCAM! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY!
The positive reviews are fake - written by the employees and owners.
They made up some stupid reasons why not to give us the deposit back and after half a year they still haven´t returned our money. Our lawyer is gonna sue them.response / report this review -

Najgorsza wypożyczalnia z jaką miąłam styczność. OD 11 grudnia nie oddali mi depozytu, za to oskarżyli o kradzież popielniczki. Worst experience with car rentals ever. They have been keeping my deposit for a month and the only information I received was that I stole an ashtray from the car. El peor aquiler de coches que he usado en mi vida. Despues de un mes me siguen bloqueando 360 JOD de fianza y la unica info que tengo es que les robó el cenicero. No los useis.

Checked twice to see if it's the right one. And it is, so here's my experience:
- older car, but in ok condition
- gas tank was absolutely totally empty at rental (gas station downhill)
- spent 1.5 hours at a police station after being stopped because the car's rental permit had expired
- spent another hour after return because they wanted to charge me for a scratch in the backseat that was already there when I rented it.
- And finally, just checked my credit card statement, they never returned the deposit.
Different people, different experiences, but for me this is a low point in car rental.response / report this review -

ولو يفضل كمان اسحب النجمة منها
استاجرت سيارة من الموقع بسعر معين
ولما استلمت السيارة طلع سعرها مختلف
اخدو مني ديبوزيت السيارة من شهر ٣ والى الان لم يفكو من البنك وكل يوم بتصل تلفون وعالفاضي ماحد راضي يرجعلي فلوسي

I’m impressed with the level of service and honesty. I booked via Orbitz from the US and everything went smoothly. The rates are very competitive compared to other rental agencies I had looked at. Amjad was a pleasure to work with. I won't be going elsewhere for my future stays in Amman.
