Wonderful experience and the guy on reception is friendly and helpful :) The hotel is right in the downtown city centre so all the shopping places are just a walk away!

It's an okay place for what your paying. Our bed was very big and very comfortable and wifi worked well. The shower was hot, but lacked pressure. Overall nice and clean but staff smoking behind the reception desk permeates through the whole building. Our room was on level 1 and we hear a lot of noises through our door (people coming and going, the mosques call to prayer and lots of door banging) constantly through the night.

I stayed here with my wife. The Hotel is nice, rooms are modern and the breakfast is big. The Staff is welcoming - just a little to much qustions which can be a little annoying. The room and bathroom are modern as i said but not the cleanest.. Also the a/c is very loud.

The breakfast was OK. What was good is that the receptionist helped us to find a good (and cheap) local restaraunt and also explained how to get a taxi to our next destination for a reasonable price.

But, I have mixed feelings about the location. From one point of view, it's a historical city center. You may walk to the Roman Theater and Amman Citadel. And you can buy fruits and sweets (and other souvenirs) nearby. But at the same time, downtown Amman is not the cleanest and cosiest place. You will be literally surrounded by the bazaar with all its perks like noise and garbage.

The rooms look great on booking.com, but the reality was a far cry. The toilet flush did not work initially till my friend fixed it. The shower-head was broken and we had to call the hotel staff to fix it; we just ignored the sloppily hanging bathcurtains surrounding the trickling shower-head that made bathing a in-the-favella experience!

Not a place for non smokers. People here smoke in non smoking rooms and reception area. New towels they give have a foul smell.

Good value for your money. Staff courteous and cooperative.
Located in city centre and near to Historical Amman or Philadelphia (the ancient name).

Good hotel directly in the old city center. The rooms are clean and no traffic noises are hearable. Breakfast is inclusive. The service is great and also the price-performance ratio. I can absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for students.
