This gym has one side for men and another one for women. The women side has treadmills and some sort of cable machine and that is it. No free weights, not even light dumbbells. So I had nothing to do there. But it you are satisfied with a treadmill go. The staff seemed nice.

Fantastic gym, it's near the city centre, there are many of machines to do more exercises to get the perfect body, there are steam room and sauna , in addition to the coach experience for 15 years ago ,,
