Basic but functional. Hot water, fridge, AC. For breakfast Tea and bread ither with cheese or butter and jam.

"Under-rated Hotel in Amman, try it."

For a leisure trip to Jordan that started in Amman, i wasn't sure what to expect, but with my budget i reserved a room at New Park Hotel and i am so glad i did. The hotel is across the street from the citadel, and a few traffic lights away from the Roman Amphitheater and the Jordanian Museum, the hotel is downtown Amman and it's sort of Mardi-Gras of the country, it is so much alive with shops of all markets, restaurants. The hotel itself is very much under-rated, very clean and the rooms come with five star hotel amenities, the breakfast is traditional and the dining area is spacious, they even have a mini gym i used instead of my usual morning walks. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the in's and out's of the area and can help you sort out your days very well, they also arranged my tour to the Dead Sea for the next day at a great price. Just be prepared to climb the stairway with your luggage to the reception before the elevator to your room floor. I highly recommend it to any new comer to Amman.

Amazing service and very pleasant staff, the location makes Amman visitors centrally placed across the street from the Citadel, one street block away from the city's old market where you can find everything under the sun from a keychain to live animals at the meat market, also with a variety of restaurants where you can sample all of the middle-eastern cuisine. the rooms are clean and well equipped and are air-conditioned (a rare option at most old hotels in downtown Amman).
The hotel is no 5 star facility but it makes up for it with the very helpful friendly staff that go far and beyond to help you in any which way they can. Most importantly it is priced right and you will get more than your $$$$$'s worthI promise
