The spring is in a house-like building. Built like a pool on a ground. It's on King's highway near Petra.

Believing it's the place where prophet Moses struck the rock, it's very close to Petra and won't take more than 5 minutes to visit.

Not 100% verified if the spring was really struck by Moses during the Exodus

Mousa's Spring is at Petra, the wadi spring is called, "the wadi of Moses." This is an ancient spot and could be where Moses struck the rock for water. The springhead is under the rock, which is in a small building. Since its the springhead you can drink from it. There is granite set around it. It is free to see and enjoy.

It is a sacred place and the water is constantly draining the desert.
