  some times , the employees there rain your day , but to be honest there manager is very good , when i called the call center for a complain, they feel sorry and many suction managers call me , special care with the customer.

  Very clean very friendly staff . Luch is great. Bi lingual staff are very helpfull. Go there often . Very close to the highway so easy to get to.

  I don't support the junk food, but you have to taste the MacDonald burger from time to time.
  The location next to the Gaza station after the round about on army rode is perfect but it's not easy to find a parking spot some times.
  Also they provide a cute toys with happy meals for kids.

  Surprisingly good service. Few speak good english too. Once forgot to add the toy in my happy meal and next time they doubled the chocolate on my sundae 😍

  Located inside a gas station to the north of Zarqa city. Not recommended in peak hours . though the staff are nice ,however the rest rooms are not clean most of the time . their supervisors really need customer orientation courses as u feel they act out of fear not out of professionalism. The location itself is far from downtown.No kids playing room is available. Only the name serves the purpose. Shame on McDonald chain.
