VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE , BAD STAFF, AND EXTREMLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't advise anyone to take any offers from them, its literally cheaper to get a price from the hotels than from them. This is my experience, I travelled all the way from Canada to visit the dead sea and I booked through them ONE MONTH AGO at the Movenpick hotel at the dead sea, when the weather was evidently colder and the prices must have been cheaper, but somehow ended up getting RIPPED OFF for 100JD because of their lack of consultation to give their customers the best offers. We booked 2 rooms with 2 extra beds, which first of all is meant for a infant (kid) between the age of 4 - 11 not a full grown adult( Photos bellow with the comparison to the normal bed), which costs around 35JD each, both adding up to 70JD. Adding on top of that 50JD for the extra breakfast charge for the two extra people, so the price reached 130JD, while if we were consulted by this trash travel agency, to get an extra room, it would have been 95JD the price of a regular room which fits 2 people, but we were given the deluxe room which costs 155JD assuming that was their best offer. which is 35JD cheaper and wouldn't have to go through the hell of sleeping on this prison bed after 14 hrs of travel from canada. When calling about this specific issue, I was THREATENED by the manager, who was suppose to solve the issue, to get sued, if I post this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE TRAVEL AGENCY.

Nice people but i would not recommend. They only speak arabic and everything is very disorganized. They also need updated buses or should at least clean them. The bathrooms on the bus do not work. Ended up having to switch buses for an unknown reason which was very stressful. Also, there are lots of stops that you must pay extra for. If you do not choose to go on these stops, you may wait on the bus or wander on your own. Also wasted alot of time waiting for people who did not come back to the bus on time which messed up the time schedule. The food that was provided at wadi rum was minimal. Also, the stops along the way were very crowded, as multiple buses stopped at the same time. It is impossible to buy anything at the stops.

I booked Umrah package and I didn't like many things.
Lots of hidden details, shifty staff, very bad transportation and hotel services. Too expensive. I won't recommend at all.
سافرت الى العمرة مع مواكب وكانت خدماتهم سيئة في مكاتبهم ومع مندوبينهم. مشاكل كثيره في النقل والفنادق وخدمة الموظفين. لا تستحق غالي جدا.
