  The shop needs major face-lift, the decoration is a bit old. The staff really need intensive training on how to be more pleasant and helpful with customers, not only they dont smile and they have a frown face, but they offer very little help when you need it. Guys, it is the only job you have.

  Only the Wakalat St branch.. the best staff.. the other branches staff.. City mall or Abdali mall are not as helpful nor professional..
