A very dirty and filthy hotel. The pillow cases and bed covers were dirty. The beds are uncomfortable and very old. When you enter the room, it stinks and smells like an old abandoned house. The AC dripped water in the room. The bathroom was horrible, it didn’t have any soup, shampoo or even towels. It also didn’t have hot water and the water had no pressure. They didn’t have any working staff except for the receptionist. They only have a single keycard for each room, so if you are staying with someone in the room, you need to make sure that you leave or comeback to the room together. They didn’t have an elevator in the hotel, so we had to carry our luggage two floors. There was no breakfast in the morning although it was supposed to be included with our stay.

The pictures on the travel sites are very deceiving of the hotel. I was part of a travel group that stayed in Aqaba and all the people staying with us had the same exact comments, so it wasn’t just our room. When we complained to the staff and the owner who happened to be there the next day, they were very defensive and only had excuses that did not make any sense rather than fix any of the problems. I would never return to this hotel and would recommend that others do the same.
