  I have enjoyed doing my nails at kinda since 2009 the attention to detail in the saloon's interior is impeccable, not to mention a friendly staff and a very high employee retention rate.

  This was the worst experience I ever had and its all because of the two lady's on the reception, they lack the ability to put the customer first. They look down at you as if you aren't enough for them. I advice them to fix there attitude because it's actually a good salon but those two ruined the experience for me. I was had a small argument with one of the girls and told the women that owns the shop , I think she did nothing. I got an apology from the girl but it was obviously not sincere. If you go to this place you will go out pissed. If your appointment it at 11:30 lets just say you will enter muccch later than that.

  worst receptionists and customer service in jordan. the only impressive thing about this place is the consistency of the terrible attitude the receptionists endeavour to give.
