  Many of my parcels have been sent back to the original country because the employees couldn't understand the address on them or didn't call me at all to tell me that they have arrived! Except for Hai Nazzal office they are really good and helpful.

  IT TAKES FOREVER AND SOMETIMES THEY NEVER ARRIVE!
  Nobody answers the phone from all of the office, no tracking your items and no body offers help. Employees are rude and they usually dont know the answer to the simplest things!! This needs to be upgraded as this is the main mail service in Jordan!

  A turtle is even more fast than jordan post servise. Believe that !! Or try to send anything and watch what happened.

  The wors service!! i dont recommend any package or mail trough this offices!! my items been stook there for more than 2 weeks even when i paid express mail! iTEM DESPCHED FROM USA!
