  We use Jordan Horizons Tours service, and we are very satisfied with the service. The travel agency staff responded fast to our inquiries, and also to the tour arrangement, even we gave very short notice on our trip confirmation . We spent 4 days in Amman and Petra. The driver Mustafa Orabi, and the tour guide Kamal offered caring, detailed , professional and VIP services. We definitely had a very memorable vacation in Jordan!

  Group of 9 adults first time in Jordan (2 nights) visiting Petra & Wadi Rum, JHT were amazing and made our trip memorable and exciting. A trip we rescheduled due to covid and JHT made the whole booking process so easy and were very professional, and responsive. JHT made all the accomodations, guide and driver arrangements. We were greeted at the border by a JHT Representative and made the whole transfer process from Israel to Jordan seemingsly and easy. We met with our driver and fabulous guide, Kamal. Our JHT guide, Kamal was amazing, he had great knowledge and shared the history of this amazing place. He was professional, accomodating, friendly, and very patient with our large group. Our 5-star accomodations at Marriott Petra and Memories Aicha Luxury Camp was magical and so comfortable. Included in our group tour were amazing meals and 4 hour jeep tour in Wadi Rum.. Do not hesitate, I highly recommend this tour company and you will never forget this magical experience!

  Great tour with exception of monitoring customers for covid. We were not told to come to tour director if we had any symptoms of covid. One of our group had a sore throat and did not self report. More than 24 hour later, tour director asked customer about symptoms and determined, without medical training, that the sore throat was from allergies, dust, whatever and did not administer a test.

  I cannot recommend JHT highly enough! I planned a group trip of 7 people for 8 nights. JHT’s level of customer service and genuine care for us, led by Andrea (reservations) and Hisham (operations), was unparalleled. We unfortunately had three members leave the trip for COVID reasons and not only did JHT go out of their way to accommodate testing and the safety of the group, they were kind enough to not charge them beyond what they were able to participate in, which was their right. We were grateful for their excellent, speedy drivers, as well as knowledgeable, friendly hired guides (would highly recommend requesting Abdullah A in Petra, Mohammed S in Wadi Rum) who made the trip very special. Thank you to the JHT team for creating an incredibly memorable trip despite crazy circumstances!

  We booked relatively spontaneously a tour with Jordan Horizons Tours. Within a few days we planned a one week round trip with Jordan Horizons Tours. Communication was good and easy via email. Responds to our questions always came quickly. The agency booked all accommodation, activities and guides for us. Because of the ongoing corona pandemic we only had to pay the tour when we arrived in Jordan. The price-performance ratio for the tour was good. We met our guide and driver Hisham at the airport after our PCR-Test. We then proceeded together to the immigration. He helped us with the immigration and our baggage pick up and advised us where we could find the best SIM-cards and where we could collect cash at the airport. A great service just to the beginning at our trip. We have never left an airport so quickly after landing. We had a great tour with Jordan Horizons Tours. Everything was well organized and because it was a private tour, it was all according to our wishes. We even had wifi in the car. Due to the corona pandemic, the hotels and attractions are very empty. It is a unique opportunity to visit sights like Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea without the crowds. So I really recommend to visit Jordan right now. Because of Jordan Horizons Tours we had a great time in Jordan despite the corona pandemic. We always felt very safe. The agency was very concerned about our wellbeing the entire time.
