  We replaced our water boiler with a new Gas Bosch brand one, they came out quickly to settle the deal. But we started experiencing issues by the second day and they promised to come and correct the issue, but they never did. We called and called to follow up but only got empty promises!!! Its shocking that a company that works with gas appliances would not follow up with issues considering that it can affect people's lives. Currently we are with out heating and warm water. Shocked at the lack of customer service and concerns about the our safety. Bottom line don't work with they will never support anything they install.
