بصراحة انتو بالمرة مش professional اذا كنتوا مش قد قرار لا اتطلعوه من الاول. والموقف اللي صار معي مشان البركة اليوم ومع كتير غيري غير نظرتي للجيم تبعكم اجينا وحكيتوا انه البركة ما بتستوعب اعداد زيادة فحكيتوا انه بتقدروا ترجعوا السبت الجاي وهلأ نزلتوا هاد الاعلان كأنكم بتحكوا ما تيجوا اصلاً لانه انا وكتير غيري جايين عشان العرض يوم سبت وللسيدات فقط وباعلانكم هاد شامل كل ايام الاسبوع معادا الجمعة والسبت يعني ولا يوم للسيدات فقط

Though very well-equipped & modern gym,but really bad management,disaster parking area,& d worst ever female area gym u could encounter n jordan..
I'll go back 2 VEGA after el7amdella I finished my contract period @GOLD's

Below expectations of services bad reception management.. kids area Lacks good child care.. they have brand new machines and professional equipments for training .. perfect
group exercise timetable they have valet service with good staff

Started as a 5 star gym.
Now if I have less than a star for the rapid deterioration that has happened I would be giving it less.
I subscribed almost 5 months ago, everything was clean. Swimming pool was clean, Jacuzzi was also clean, and parking was available. I really recommended it back then to everyone I knew. Subscription was a bit pricey but propotional to services provided.
Now it's almost May 2018, the gym sunk into a hole. I made 3 complaints about the cleanliness of the pool, the smelly towels and the stinky showers at the pool area. I had no follow up not an email nor a phone call.
I had an external ear infection from the dirty swimming pool water and the Jacuzzi for which I had to pay to freeze my subscription! Water now you can't see through, and smells. Many of the new subscribers don't follow simple hygiene steps like taking a shower before going into the pool or the Jacuzzi.
Even when you think of changing to weight lifting, that also is over crowded.
The gym management targets to get as many subscriptions as possible as it suddenly decreased the fees by almost half.
Sadly, I was hoping this place would be different than most private businesses that I've opened before.

With all the flaws of this gym such as the slow service and the shortage of towels or the fact that there is only one changing room in the massive locker room, it is still the best gym in this city. Hands down.

The gym us overcrowded worst customer service to be honest the gym is huge with great machines but the poor management and the corodines of the gym ruines the whole experince

Good, clean gym. But not big enough for the amount of people they get. Also bring your own shampoo if you don't want your hair like cardboard.

Early is best.late is worst for parking, locker rooms and space for exercisinggreat staff so far, basic equipment not abundant.the gym still have so much yet to improve at.

Bad staff and bad operations management. Staff and coaches keep using their mobile phones, gathering together and some of them need to know how to communicate with people and to learn the word "respect". Registered for one year and won't renew bit will go to FF

I actually have my daughter who is 9 months take swimming class in the gym . Unfortunately we spoke to them over and over to warm the pool because there are specific precautions for babies , they do once and then next class it’s cold again . Plus when we leave the pool to shower , they have the AC on !! My baby caught a very bad cold and we spent three weeks at doctors and medicines etc ..

So far golds is the best gym in amman. Great atmosphere and trainers are always welling to help. Great space and plenty of classes. The pool is always clean and not crowded

Best gym in Amman. The lockeroom by itself is bigger than some gyms in Amman and even more decorated than such gyms. However, the swimming pool(s) is kind of small.

Best gym in Jordan. Top of the line equipment, super new, clean, great staff. Few classes and outdated compared to other countries in regard to classes offered, but the best in Jordan.
